The case clips onto my gym bag loop perfectly, so I don't have to dig around for them mid-workout. They stay put during my whole HIIT session without any pressure in my ears, which makes focusing on reps way easier than I expected.

I was skeptical about earplugs for running, but the bundled carrying case actually makes them easy to grab on my way out the door. They filter out gym noise just enough without muffling my music.

I’ve been using these during my morning runs and really appreciate how securely they stay in place—no more adjusting mid-stride. The sound filtering lets me hear traffic while still cutting out gym noise, which is perfect for staying focused.
